| Hatchet has played at FrightFest in London, ScreamFest in Los Angeles, not to mention the Tribecca Film Festival in New York and several other film festivals to overwhelmingly enthusiastic audience response. Monday’s Weekly Variety magazine reported that the MPAA has hit Hatchet with the dreaded box office kiss of death — an NC-17 rating. |
